The checkout experience and updates about shipping are great, but unfortunately, the products were not quite up to par. Out of the 20 frames I purchased 4 of them were broken. 3 had broken glass and one had a broken frame. Update: Although I didn't put in for replacement frames, because of my review I was contacted by a brand manager to let me know that they will be replacing the 4 frames that were broken. Awesome customer service!
