Do not buy from these people, especially with a debit card. I ordered a human hair item and received a nasty synthetic item that looks nothing like the item depicted. After two weeks of going around in ever-decreasing circles, it is clear that the Lucy liaison person has no intention of allowing a return for a refund. They put up a really good online front-of-house website, but they will send any old thing out. Charlatans. I should have read the reviews, many of which are terrible. You can report to British Trading Standards and attempt a claim through your bank on the Chargeback scheme.
