Bought something that came NOT as expected. Tried to return. They are impossible to contact and when they eventually respond weeks later (email only as phone wont connect you), they fail to address issue and refuse to supply the return shipping label as stated in the return policy. Obviously, they figure the shipping will cost too much to get you to return.

Says ready to hang but if you buy without frame, it is not a gallery wrap as I expected, it is simply rolled up like wall paper and NOT ready to hang as advertised.
