Hi everyone. My experience with bike berry has been a three star rating so far. I bought a 66cc/80cc 2 stage racing engine. The bottom end and cylinder gasket looks like its been used. The piston has gouges and the copper gasket was dirty and has scratches all over it. My star rating will go to five when or if they replace what has damage on it. I also bought the bike with the gas tank built in it. I will give a five star rating if all is well with the bike. Until next time. Peace.
Tip for consumers:
Call and ask questions like are the kits, parts, gaskets and bikes new or refurbished. Before ordering write your questions and concerns down. They claim to be the best in the business. If they dont get me new replacement parts without any damage on them i will return the kit and ask for a refund and i will never buy anything from them again.
Products used:
So far i have been waiting for their support team to get back with me. I complied with their requests with pictures of the damaged parts and the boxes they were shipped in. Only time will tell if i can assemble the engine and install the kit. To claim themselves as the best is ballsy at best. If they come through with new parts without damage i will be honest and write another review applauding them for correcting the issues.
