Neither of my Poliglu translators now work. They were both bought in August 2023 and worked first time I loaded them on a Galaxy S22 Ultra. The problem appears to be software related and occurred after the update to the Android 14 operating system. The device does not connect to Bluetooth and never gets beyond the "Scanning for Devices" message. What I find disappointing is that Poliglu knows this problem exists and does not appear to be treating a software update as a priority. All I get are the same messages telling me they are looking into it. They offer a two year warranty which they have immediately repudiated as the product was not returned in the 30-day period. I don't want new devices, what I want is updated software. Is that so difficult to sort out? If they are selling devices that cannot be used on new smartphones, they should be telling customers.
