I called because my son's exgirlfriend har used my card to pay for her resume. I thought it was my son's account all along which is why I continued to pay for it. When I went to cancel was when I found out. Your customer service rep was very helpful. Instead of canceling I changed it to my name on the account. I will be using it to update my own resume.
