If you try to rebook for a later date, all the prices are double, so you end up paying twice as much. VRBO, Airbnb, offer refunds for COVID19. I asked for ANY same period in 2021 to replace a 2 week stay in St. Augustine I had paid over $4700 for, and Justin could not give me one at that price. They were all over $6K. I'm sure they have their hand out for stimulus money as well. Very dishonest, very poor customer service.

We understand your frustration during these times and are trying to do everything in our power to resolve issues. Our standard policy, as stated in your confirmation paperwork at the time of booking, is a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that point, there is no refund. However, we have changed that policy during this time. With the allowance of a date change to a new time. Depending on your dates prices will go up and depending on the season. We apologize we couldn't find you a new property within your current priced paid.
