I use their service all the time. I use only their free service and it's fast, and lets me connect to my home pc from work easily. My only complaint would be the constant urging to upgrade. I'll upgrade when I am ready to do so, or find the need. They offer their free service for individual use (which is what I use it for) but keep pressuring to upgrade all the time.

My kids love their shirts. And in all honesty, I love their shirts too. I'm a gamer from a different era, and these Tees bring back some good old school gaming memories. Customer service was top notch and my order arrived in just a few days time.

Good all around service and the product is really good. Works just as they advertise it. I've been experimenting now with watching some movies on the 3DS... rather, having the kids watch movies on their 3DS systems. Great for long drives and you can load up 3-4 movies on the 8GB microsd card that came with the card itself.

Customer service was courteous and responsive. I had some issues initially with setup and installation of the menu system but was guided step by step by a fellow named Jim and he got me up and running in no time.
