If this company was a bunch of hipsters failing miserably at capitalism due to their ludicrous ideals based on being "different" then it would make sense that they would be so incompetent to not have a team dedicated to warehouse work. Its been over a month since I got a "your order has been shipped" some faulty tracking number that doesn't work for China post and a $#*!ty automated e-mail saying it's gonna be "delayed" delivery of 7-10 business day bull crap excuse. Seriously, if it's already shipped what's the delay? Disputing through PayPal, taking legal action. Pathetic parasites living off working people.

My deepest apologies about this. Taking our customers hard earned money and delivering a terrible service is definitely not what the Pioneer Revival.
Due to the unpredictable weather this past season we have experienced some delayed shipments and lost orders. This has recently been worked on and fixed.

We have also refunding any customers who have been affected by the shipping issues.
