“Update: Long waiting for shipment, Cancelled, Refund is On the Way”

I ordered a Huawei phone on July 1st. No shipment as of Aug 29th. Then I decided to cancel the order. They said the refund would be processed in 5 days. After couple of conversation and emails, I have also opened a Paypal dispute. Sep 11th. They cancelled my order and the refund is on the way via Paypal.

I didn't get my phone nor the refund yet.
