Stealing money. They charged me for an item that they didn't have anymore. However it was available on the website.

I bought just two times on the Ardene website and both of the orders I have problems with. The second time I decided to give them a chance but I got a headache again. A good advice, don't buy from them anymore. I learned my lesson.

First off they didn't send me a confirmation letter or order number it took so long to get here...
