A rep said they don't have same "courtesies" as Sprint and the bill is now considerably higher since the merge, which we were not informed about ahead of time. Customer service sucks in comparison to what Sprint had. Rarely have even one bar in major cities like San Francisco and Los Angeles. Service on apps is very slow. It's been terrible

They do not have the same discounts or rates as sprint, service has gone down hill and billing cost way up.
