I wish I would have looked into this site more before placing an order. I did a Google search for the book I wanted to see where I could purchase it from. The sponsored Google link I clicked on stated "Hard Cover" for $8.50 with "free shipping until 8/10". Clicked the link, read the site's description which doesn't say anything about being hard cover, paperback, or e-book, so I went back to original link to confirm it said Hard Cover in the description, which it did...BUT IT ISN'T. It's not a physical copy at all, It's an e-book. They don't even tell you it's an e-book at ANY time in the ordering process. It's complete garbage and should be addressed.

Tip for consumers:
Companies who do this type of thing should be shut down. And those of us subjected to their misleading and deceptive business practices should at the VERY least be able to get our money back, whether or not they themselves have a refund policy in place.

Products used:
Paid for what was advertised as a hard cover book, but received an e-book instead.
