FedEx and TNT amalgamation is not good - neither phone number works if you miss a delivery and they do not leave a card, or give an option without signature; however when I consistently complained through the product site my parcel simply appeared on the hall mat 2 days later, ie without needing a signature: obviously just jammed through the letterbox.
This all caused a lot of frustration and I recommend a different delivery company who will also give options if you cannot guarantee you will be there.
I felt the email answers were generic and could have been written by a bot.
Dear Customer, we regret the inconvenience this has caused you. We certainly understand this is not the ideal experience we want our customers to have. We use globally recognized carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS. All our carriers have been instructed to leave the packages at a safe location if found any. We will surely have this checked with the logistics department and make sure this doesn't happen again in the future. Also, we are looking forward to hearing anything you can share that can help us improve as there is always scope for improvement in terms of customer experience.
