THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM JENN-AIR!

Microwave went out 4 months ago - "fatal error, this product cannot be used". Contacted extended warranty company, they came out and said "yep, needs a new control board". Of course, that's back-ordered indefinitely. They offered $900 cash (on a $2800 unit). We opted to wait since the it wouldn't just be purchasing a new microwave, but having a new custom cabinet made. (And why is the control board so back-ordered? Maybe they're having a run on them?)

One month ago - the double ovens went out. Same error. Similar back-ordered control panel. No idea as to when it will be back in stock. Not even an offer to cash us out (which we would reject) - again, would have to have custom cabinetry re-done.

So... no way to bake for Christmas... except using my BBQ outside. And it doesn't bake cookies well at all. Maybe I'll boil a turkey on my Jenn Air cook-top, unless it dies, too.

Take this warning... it's not the same company it ever was before. Once they have your money, good luck.

Jenn-Air products are not worth the money or the headache! We have been through TWO Jenn-Air...
