Hi. I purchase my new laptop from MI. In this battery is drained within 2 hours of usage. We request to apply this product but in service center says it would be observed for 24 hours. And we put our laptop in the service center. Now it's 72 hours but no one gives us the proper answer when approval comes. It takes to a long time like 10 to 15 days for the replacement of this product.
No one can give proper answers in customer care also. I am doing work from home and my job is new. So how can I explain my company? Without a laptop, I can't work. It will be very same for me.
I am facing big trouble. When the service center also says its a genuine battery issue the company does not give approval for replacement. And no one helps me. So it's a loss for me. Never buy mi product. Customer satisfaction is very poor. Everyone gives an answer we can't do anything about that. It's 10 or 15 days' time for replacement it's a very loss for me.
