Around Aug 20th I purchased an Earbud for $35 (+taxes) from Best Buy, it was a dead device. The next day I got back for a refund which they didn't accept, ONLY exchange (I was not notified during purchase). I got a 99-Dollar (Air 1 Zen) instead. From one yard away from my PC, it keeps disconnecting/reconnecting every minute or so for a couple of seconds. When the volume is high it gets worst. Instead of 30 hours of playtime (says the box), it ONLY lasts for about 4 hours. The employees don't care much for low-price buyers (commission). THIS WILL BE MY LAST VISIT TO BEST BUY CANADA.
