Terrible company! I ordered a dress and when it arrived one of the straps was damaged and sequins were falling off. I contacted customer service who promised to send me a replacement dress but once they got the dress back they sent me a gift card! I bought the dress on sale so getting a gift card is of no use to me. I would have to spend more for the same dress. Long story short they will screw you over to try to keep your money. I won't be shopping with this scam of a company ever again!
Tip for consumers:
Only shop here if you're comfortable with possibly losing out on getting your money back, even if they're at fault and send you a damaged item.
