The van we got was damaged, water leaked inside, boxes and a bookshelf got damaged, we destroyed blankets and sheets trying to mop up the water, the front cabin was not kept smoke free and had gotten into the air conditioning, there was duct tape on side of van, additional tape on front of van, back locks broken - its obvious minimal or no maintenance is performed on these vehicles and they run them into the ground. The inner damage had to patch it up with sealant as it was raining really heavy. Later when we complained about this we we're told it was impossible to have leakage even though we provided photos.
