I ordered from Mielle during the Black Friday sale, I literally got the package damaged the contents of my pomegranate and other items spilled in the box. I reached out to the email for damages and didn't hear anything I sent another email and didn't hear anything again. The next thing I knew it said I had a package on the way and I'm like cool. The package only shipped partially I reached out to show why I got in the order and some Jazsmin H messaged me saying the other order was closed and everything was included in the package I got, but I keep telling her and showing with photos my particular product I've been wanting to try never came. It's a back and forth match trying to make sure I got what I actually ordered so I'll be getting my products in store where I don't have to pay for shipping, I can make sure the products aren't damaged and I actually receive them.
