Customer service is atrocious at the time of this it is June 2021 and I'm still trying to resolve a missing July crate from 2020. If it wasn't for their customer service I might actually recommend them but it is your gamble. Switched to Japan crate and they at least refunded a missing crate in about 3 months.
Also to note they will block you on social media and delete your messages if you try to complain publicly.
