Been here 1 hour never been here before and I'm already disgusting with the service.
Started out good coming through the gate but went downhill fast.
Went to the customer help center located@ the main entrance but no one was there. I saw other employees close but not one came to help. (I was standing under the canopy in front of the table to make it obvious) after a few employees walked past me and 15 minutes I went to the gate to ask for assistance.
All I needed was information about where to buy water shoes (which they don't have for adults other than size 13) and where to get a tube.
When I asked about the tube she said they were out so I was curious what the yellow free tube ticket was for. She waved over about a quarter of the park and said I can redeem them over there as she walked away.
Redeem for what? Where?
Can you get a map of the facility showing locations and how this park works for redeeming or whatever else you may have.
Maybe work on your customer service.
