I'll never forget how deceptive they were in asking me to send a picture of the wig before approving a return. Then denied the return because it was removed from the package to take the picture.
My lesson... always read reviews before purchasing online.
The only reason we would ask for a photo of the item is if the customer is claiming a defect or is claiming a wrong item was sent. If you want to return the item, all you do is submit the return form located on our return policy, which does not ask for a photo of the merchandise. A return number is issued 1-2 business days after the form is completed. As stated in our return policy all items must be in brand new condition as they were received, in able to be eligible for return. We advise all customers to read over our policies before agreeing to them when placing the order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
