I ordered 4 pairs of sneakers, only received 3 no explanation, no response to my follow up email and when I call, I get transferred to a number that rings till it drops. No one is attending to my query and the status of my order is "complete" on their system. Lack of communication is frustrating, assuming they don't have stock, they should refund me then.
