Purolator botched the delivery address and I specifically remember checking it twice before submitting it. So the part took 4 extra days to arrive. Because I was expecting the part to arrive within the next 2 days, I didn't bother getting a courtesy car, and the rule is 48 hours after an incident, I can't get a courtesy car anymore... so I ended up having to take ubers everywhere. This cost me a fortune. I've had a laundry list of issues with Purolator, and have always preferred FedEx. It'd be nice to have some other delivery options.
