Since I started at Cascadia Martial Arts I have learned so much and have gained an amazing supportive group to reach my fitness goals! I started out doing Kickboxing classes and immediately became addicted to the workouts. The class is super solid and balanced with hard cardio HIIT movements, and working on strikes and combos with the bag. Tons of energy and hard work from everyone in the class, nothing pumps me up more! Great way to get a good work out in and blow away any stress from the day. Would recommend to anyone wanting to create healthy lifestyle habits and may need some extra support to reach your fitness goals! :): )
