Really bad 'customer service'. I bought a pair of Nike AF1's and they have all kinds of factory defaults and the sneakers look worn. They really look 'factory second' / B-grade. All kinds of glue stains, imperfections and deformations. And I paid a lot of money for it. I already contacted the 'customer service' on 6-6-2020 (same day of delivery) and they asked me to send pictures so that they can investigate why these passed the 'quality' control. After that: NOTHING, complete silence, they do not even respond to reminders. Really bad that they treat longtime customers like this and let them hanging in the cold with a pair they can't wear and CAN'T sell. I will NEVER EVER use StockX again and I will advice everyone also not to use StockX anymore. They will f*** you over and they will not take responsibility for it. SPREAD THE WORD!
