How would you feel to wake up 1 day and to find that these scums have charged your expired MasterCard with $9,000, without even MasterCard to find out in how they did it, without me or MasterCard receiving any authorisation or other request?

You may say it is magic!

Well, what ever way they did that, their act constitutes a CRIMINAL ACTION, DESERVING THE COMPANY TO BE PUNISHED AND CLOSED DOWN.

Need not to say, when I made the an earlier claim, instead of investigating my claim and refunding me with the money they charged me even an extra 3% for this non-existent protection, they started retaliating me; first by blocking my account for 36 hours, me not being able to pay for my orders, and then by blocking almost all of my debit and credit cards.

It seems they grew so big, even the Chinese law firms are afraid and refusing of accepting cases against them.

Their latest attempt to steal money without my knowledge and consent, gives me the right to warn people and advice them NOT to buy from these crooks and if you have used a credit card already, please cancel it, as you will run the same risk of being robbed like me!

I do thank Hellenic Bank and MasterCard for reversing back the money stolen within 24 hours!

I wait from them now to refund me the other $9,000 Alibaba is refusing to refund me.

By the way, their real name is not Alibaba but Ali Baba, the chief of the 40 thieves!

I have full set of evidence to prove of what i say against them.

We have agreed back in June 2023, to build for me a multi-router with automated loading and unloading. I paid them the advance payment early July 2023, and they supposed to ship this machine in 30 calendar days.

Just before shipping I ordered them another 2 simple machines; 1 hybrid 400w laser and 1 CNC cutting with 5 heads, CCD camera, milling tool for acrylics and 3 tool holders for oscillating knives.

These were to be shipped by the 8th of September...

None of the machines have been shipped till this moment.

As of late September, when I started enquiring of why they delay the shipment of all 3 machines, they admitted that they are incompetent to put together the parts and the functions of the multi-router (modelFS2040). I was shocked and astonished why such totally non-professional companies are listed on Alibaba...

I helped them find the right CNC controller to complete the machine, but their boss, Nelson Zhang, refused as he said the controller was expensive, while at the same time he was offering to build for free another machine with same size, so as to split the functions between the 2! How silly!

Till today they refuse to refund me the money or to build and deliver this FS2040 as agreed.

Furthermore, they have build the CNC cutting machine with 1 oscillating tool holder missing, and they sent us the video for approval, without telling us so.

I spotted it, my colleagues spotted it and many other experts spotted this!

I asked several times why they have done that, but they remain silent, as they think plunging their heads in the desert sand, will stop the problem.

I advice anyone seeking to do business with them to think it twice.

I have lost $19,050 from my loan, entrusting these scums at Forsun Jinan CNC.

I will seek legal means of extracting back my money.

It will take me years and the worst is that the Finance House is not lending me again...

Don't do as I foolishly did, did as I suggest you.

Forsun Jinan CNC, or whatever their name is, and their boss specifically are a DISGARCE OF CHINE AND THE CHINESE EXPORT INDUSTRY.

Regretfully, Alibaba is not up to what they brag they do. They keep refusing to compensate me, but i will stop dealing through them, so they loose the 3%+3% fee they charge the vendor and us, plus another 7% they will lose from the bad exchange rate they convert our money when we pay with debit card.
