I purchased a wig that I thought was really beautiful based on the picture. However, after ordering a 16 inch which is usually shoulder length I received a much shorter wig. Turns out the length is measured by the stretched out length not the actual length so wig was 6inches to short. I promptly contacted Customer service to find out how to return the wig, since I used my PP account instead of creating a UNice account to pay for the wig.
Well, all I can say is what should have been a very simple ask/fix turned into something crazy when I was contacted by the first agent. However, the last two agents that contacted me took care of everything so I was able to make the return. Now, if I can just get my refund since tracking shows the wig was received back on 3/18/24. My plan was to order the longer wig but this whole process is taking way longer than it should.
