Have you gotten the flyer in the mail for the 55+plan? It states that the activation fee is $35.00 & the charge for one line is $27.50 & the phone is FREE. Lie from the pits of h#LL. In early July I went into the nearest T-Mobile & none of the representatives had even heard of the 55+plan. I HAD the flyer with me. I was charge a $78.00 activation fee & my phone bill was going to be over $60.00 a month. Came home & called customer service, they said to return it as buyers remorse. The very next day I went back to the store & the "manager" told me they had charged me $10.00 a month for the phone & had also put me on the two line plan which I did NOT request. He then got the bill down to $45.00 a month which SHOULD have been the $27.50. Got home & an email came saying the protection plan for the phone had been removed. Didn't ask him to to that either. Called the store & the manager had left, they said he would call me first thing in the morning. NO CALL. Returned to the store for the THIRD time & dealt with a RUDE little gal named Kayla. She told me there would be an $80.00 restock fee along with payment of my first bill which she said would be $72.00. WTH? It did NO good to dispute with her, she told me she didn't have to deal with me, again WTH? I told her customer service had said take it back on buyers remorse. She insisted on the money, attempting to MAKE me keep the phone. I slapped my debit card down & told her to just take the $$$ because I KNEW this company was going to be a joke. A gal who had been there the day before tried to tell her what had happened & when I told her I would call corporate office she went into the back room & came back out & said there would be no restock fee & T-mobile would refund my account $17.00. Again, WTH? She asked for my debit card to STOP any automatic withdraws from my account & took the phone & supposedly CLOSED the account. Low & behold they took $45.00 out of my account today for a monthly payment on a phone I didn't even use & don't have in my possession. I called customer service & he asked me for the PIN I used when I set up the account. I'm an OLD dog. I couldn't remember the PIN so he said he couldn't help me EVEN though he knew my name & had my address in front of him. My bank IS disputing their charges but in the mean time I have to go back to the store & possibly deal with the little gal that's so rude you feel like jerking her across the cabinet. All this company cares about is YOUR money. They lie in order to get your business & then jerk you every which way they can to KEEP your business even when you don't WANT to give it to them. I did notice that just about everyone who came into the store was Hispanic & couldn't speak English so I can only imagine how they're ripping them off without them even realizing it.

I was hesitant for quite some time about ordering from Pat Pat off of face book. Far too often the advertiser's on face book are scams. I decided to take a chance. So surprised at not just the affordability of the products but also the quality & the speed of the arrival. I was having trouble placing an order so I called customer service & reached a young man named Vin. He was extremely helpful & courteous. I would recommend Pat Pat for any mother or grand mother in search of that "special" outfit for their babies at a price that won't break the bank. Customer service get's a rating of 10 out of 10 also. Thanks Vin, you made something simple seem like a no brainer for me.

Tip for consumers:
Try Pat Pat for your babies
