After a while using Dating.com I started searching the images on Instagram and found that most of them were being used by people with different names using false ID. No intention of meeting whatsoever, if you try to talk outside the site they say they prefer it on there and eventually stop talking. They ask for virtual gifts etc which just gives more to the scammers. I wasn't taken in by any of it and gave nothing to anyone but they still wasted a lot of my time on there. Cost a ridiculous amount just to text and they keep cutting you off anyway and asking for more money. A complete scam.

Dating.com is part of a large network of dating apps. This entire network is a huge scam machine....

As a legitimate website that solely exists for the objective of providing premium communication services for likeminded-people. However, the freedom to decide whether or not a member would like to jump out of the platform depends on their very own discretion. Do be also informed that members are not prohibited to use social media account as being a member of dating.com does not mean we also control members to own social media accounts. Having nicknames, aliases and/or Also known as names in the platform is also not prohibited thus members may show like they have different names compared to their social media accounts.
