Like other dissatisfied customers I found them to be completely focused on sales but their customer service literally does not exist. They do not respond to email requests nor do they have a phone number to call. Fortunately I limited my startup investment to $300 U.S. to test the honesty and customer service of Coinrise but learned from personal experience that the company cannot be trusted. I decided to close out my account and completed the online withdrawl form on January 11,2022 which is still waiting for their approval after 6 days. I texted John, my contact at Coinrise who said someone would ring me shortly to assist with the withdrawl. That was 5 days ago and still no contact.
