Spanx website and customer service are awful. What I ordered was completely opposite from what I received. When I asked customer service their initial response was a gift card for an item I just purchased and not even a refund, which is stupid in itself.
It was also a Christmas gift and they refused to overnight a different pair so I can have something under the tree. First time shopping here and won't purchase again.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t. There’s plenty of other legging sites.
Products used:
None. I couldn’t use the product when they send the wrong size and pants.
