$#*! COMPANY, $#*! PRODUCTS
I would give zero stars if I could. VEVOR products are utter trash. I bought 6 (SIX) of these machines. ($200 commercial waffle maker) They claim to have a 30 day return window and a 12 month warranty. VEVOR's "support" team refuses to take the machines back, refuses to return my money, and refuses to honor the warranty. ALL SIX of the machines failed within a month of beginning use.
I bought 3 machines originally, and put them into service. First one failed, I deal with a LOT of equipment, and sometimes things fail. I bought these because they claim a 12 month warranty. IT IS A LIE. I contacted VEVOR and was told that they weren't sure how to fix it, they would need to reach out to someone else at the company to get me an answer. They'd get back to me in a few days. LIE. No response.
A week later, the remaining two machines quit heating. At this point, I still assumed VEVOR would honor their warranty claim. So, since I was waiting still for a solution, and needed to make waffles, I ordered 3 more machines. THAT WAS A MISTAKE. I should have cut my losses and NEVER BOUGHT FROM VEVOR AGAIN.
I contacted VEVOR numerous times, and each time was blown off by their worthless support staff. I was REPEATEDLY offered a 20%, then a 30% refund of my purchase price. $#*! NO, I will not take a 20 or 30% refund for your $#*!ty waffle makers that are UNDER WARRANTY. Finally, they said that I should find a local repair shop to fix them, and they would reimburse me for the costs.
After many hours, I finally found a local repair shop that was willing to look at them. The took one apart, found that it was "built of terrible quality components" and contacted VEVOR about getting the parts necessary to fix. They were told both that "parts were not available" and that "It would be too expensive to send parts" and advised by VEVOR that the machine was not repairable. I now have a repair bill for almost $500 that I incurred by following VEVOR's demands that I find a local repair shop. I have since contacted VEVOR multiple times to attempt to resolve this. I have received no refund, no reimbursement, no apology, no resolution, and will forevermore tell everyone in the world that I talk to that they should NEVER buy ANYTHING from VEVOR.

Tip for consumers:
REFUND POLICY AND WARRANTY are not honored. DO NOT TRUST vevor.
