In addition, contact on the website is not completely restricted to only Premium Members! As a Basic Member, you can send interest messages to both Basic and Premium Members and you can also send personalized messages to the Premium Members. The upgrade to Premium Membership is merely a contact option that grants the user unlimited contact on the website to allow the search to be more efficient and effective.
With respect to having very few matches on your search page, this could be due to a number of reasons including the search filters that you have opted for or the rental price/budget.
