READ EVERYTHING, I have been bitten in the $#*! twice by not reading the fine print.
Great prices but if you do not check the fine print the parts are not 100 percent identified. My mistake, spark plugs, first one to pop up showed a box of 4 so l assumed that all plugs were sold as quantity 1 equals a box of 4 plugs, no, no, no plugs are each and at over 18 dollars not worth the price, as Napa sells same item as set of 4.
While on the Chat feature to try and remove the item less than 5 minutes after placing the order, no cant remove and item, only option is to cancel the whole order and start process again, stupid to ship and item that is only going to be shipped back. This company needs to have a telephone system of assistance. I hardly ever use them, and this is why. Remember READ THE FINE PRINT
