Description "brushed and polished" was not clear. At first it seems like a choice between the two, but wtthout any selection between them. Then I realised that the bracelet contians both finishes, but it was not fully clear

I received a Mandewille plant, poorly packed, box partly open, with wilting and brown-edged leaves, and with literally zero flower buds. It was also smaller than advertised. I received quick email responses from the company, with advice on how to prove that it was still living. Because after 6 weeks a few small leaves began to appear it was still just alive, but still no signs of flower buds, which will clearly not appear until next year if at all. Because it was still alive, I received only a partial refund. I recommend not buying anythng from this company. PFS (Marina del Rey)
