“Poor image quality”

Not photo quality. The picture looks like it was printed on a cheap inkjet with the quality set to the lowest position. Not glossy. The pieces seem fairly thick. I expect it to go together well but image quality was disappointing.

Hi Pete. I'm sorry you're disappointed in the print quality. We certainly don't use a cheap inkjet with low quality settings. However, it's possible that we missed a color-setting problem, so we would like to re-do your puzzle to try to fix it. Please contact us at 888-785-2130.

This puzzle has purple and black and some white. Not at all the colors in the photo I submitted....
