Two holidays with TUI have followed the exact process, but haven't moved to payable. One is over a year in process. The other over 11 months. Lots of being fobbed off, and little action by Topcashback. This is a couple of hundred pounds in total. TUI have managed to pay via Quidco since, so it appears that they aren't flooded with transactions at their end. TCB are a commission based organisation. Surely the bigger payments mean more money for them? Really disappointing performance.

The larger cashback rates through our site doesn't mean we earn extra from this. We pass all the money we earn through cashback rates back to our members - it's a key part of our website.
From your review I'm not sure if the issue you're having is with a purchase that hasn't moved to payable yet, or a claim which you've raised but I would like to check this out for you.
