This is the reply i got from them after waiting 1 week for what should have been 3 days.
(Hi there, thanks for reaching out. I have looked at your order and it still has not shipped yet. Due to our new internal system, we are experiencing a lot of issues with our orders getting out. Our team is aware of these issues and working on fixing them, but unfortunately, we do not have any information on when these issues will be resolved. Additionally, I cannot give you any estimate on when your order will ship due to these issues.
I understand that you have been waiting longer than we originally estimated for your order, and I am really sorry about that. I have added your order to a spreadsheet about complaints we have received about this. I can either attempt to cancel your order, or we can leave it as it is. Please let me know your preference.)
