“Their customer support is customer abuse!”

I was asking their customer service about the specs on their site for a cup because the ounces listed in the title of the product didn't add up the the measurements they gave me. The customer rep was SO RUDE and today emailed me saying "It takes a lot of work contacting all the vendors and putting these quotes together. Please tell me what product you want a quote on, the size, and quantity." I had exactly told her the product, the size and the quantity because their website doesn't let you enter the options. Apparently, the people working there don't want to do their job. Stay away! PS Brilliantpromos.com and IdeaStage.com are run by the same people.

Products used:
None -- do yourself a favor and avoid this place and IdeaStage.com. It's the worst and most appalling customer service ever! I can't even imagine the terror I would have gone through if ever got to the stage of placing an order.
