My wedding day was 25th of last month and I had paid for expedited shipping on my order to see if my dress would be here on time for my wedding. The dress was shipped out on the 20th and then I also had something else tell me that it was shipped out on the 19th, but I still have not received my dress yet so I had to wear my backup dress which is not the one I wanted to wear at all so I was absolutely positively devastated. The dress that I ordered was my absolute favorite and I didn't even get to wear it on my special day, which will only happen once. So I would like to keep the dress but I would also like a full refund because it's still not here and I paid for 3 to 6 day expedited shipping. I was heartbroken that I had to wear a dress that was not nearly as beautiful as this one was. I would really appreciate getting my money back.
The dress was delivered way late and I paid for expedited 3-6 day shipping and it tells me that it was shipped on the 19th or 20th so that is why I told like to keep the dress and get a full refund because I couldn't even wear my dream wedding dress on my wedding day. It's beautiful and I'm really heartbroken that it wasn't here for my special day.
I am very disappointed that I haven't heard anything back from you guys about my refund since I paid for expedited shipping and didn't have my dress on time. Your dresses are beautiful and I'm sad to say that I feel like I am being ripped off.
I would honestly probably buy another dress from your company in the future, but right now, I'm not a satisfied customer because of that fact that no one has replied to me about my refund when I feel like I should get a full refund. I didn't even get to wear my dress on my wedding and I paid a lot for the expedited shipping that I didn't even get.

Our wedding cost a lot of money and I spent $122 on this dress and shipping that I hope I get refunded for since I didn't get to wear it and it wasn't delivered on time. I'm hoping to get my money back and keep the dress.
I don't recommend ordering from company.
