So I went into my local branch here in ******* and worked with a "personal" banker to get a trust account setup so that I could take advantage of CD rates. But after weeks of missed appointments, goof-ups when he tried to scan and/or email documents to central processing and LOTS of hour-long calls to offshore customer care to fix his mess-ups, I finally have a checking account, which I will use to ACH transfer the funds to another bank ASAP. I don't blame the lazy banker for all of the delays and wasted time, I think half of it is how big and cumbersome Chase is.
