Received my lounge chair but the arm attachment were damaged. These were replaced quickly only to find that the leather color did not match. I then initiated a return. This is when things got more unpleasant. I was sent a form telling me how to return but no label or explanation about costs. I asked to be in contact with Ben the manager and he sent me a free shipping label via Fedex. I needed to pack and send or carry to to Fedex and have them pack. My messages to Ben the manager ceased to be responded to. I spent 35$ having it packed properly. And was told I would then receive reimbursement for the chair.
Overall, a very unpleasant experience.
