I spent probably between an hour to two hours over 2 days and multiple devices (cell phone, laptop, desktop, and my work computer) trying to check out with my purchase. Finally after not being able to check out on any of the devices I sent an email to customer support. 2 days later I get a response that they don't ship to NY. Well, perhaps you want to state that somewhere so customers don't waste hours of their day trying to check-out on your website. So frustrating.
