Be aware, They are very unprofessional. If you are a first time customer they put hold on your order and ask you for bank statement verification. They also asking for more money in middle of the process.
I was chatting with their customer service (Lucy) to let them know I am not comfortable to send my bank statement picture and why you increase the payment all she said was "This is against our Policy." (I wonder even they have any policy) Then, I called to provided number to talk to a manager but guess what?! Lucy picked it up. (So Creepy!) I mean in this company only Lucy is working then they ask me for bank statement verification.
Totally fishy business and something is wrong with these people. If someone is reading this and can do something please investigate these people.
For the Last time, please Be aware, They are going to rip you off.
It is not worth it, believe me!
