Parent company of Spectrum - terrible communication -never let you know when they increase your bill -From the very start of dealing with this company -Initial agent lied to me gave me products I never wanted -DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CROOKED COMPANY - I WOULD TAKE COMCAST 1 MILLION TIMES BETTER -TOM RUTLEDGE -CEO IGNORES YOU -----THEY PAY OFF THE FCC SHOULD BE BANNED FROM OFFERING ANY SERV ICE RAISE MY CELL PHONE BILL WITH ZERO NOTIFICATION ----TIME TO DROP THEM
