This company is a total scam. They show their 100% guarantee knowing your booking stuff that is last minute only to tell you that because you book last minute you are not eligible for a refund. Had a cruise that was delayed and we were not able to make the tour booked and in turn we were not refunded. I would look elsewhere or make sure you book with your American Express so you can process a chargeback on their fraud.

Cruise was late and they didn’t offer a refund on a tour we booked through them that we missed at zero fault of our own. Poor customer service in Viator and their tour operator.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM! You will regret it 100% They sold us a lifetime plan then decided to say hey well we know you bought a lifetime setup but we want to change you to monthly instead... in what world does that make sense. Refund the people you scammed and charge monthly to those who decide to stay with your sub par service.
We were sold on the fact that it is a one time purchase and set for life. Come to find out they are now not honoring that and are advising that we need to cancel or be billed a monthly fee vs the one time fee that we agreed to.
On top of that their sites are not secure and your clients will be told that password information they insert is likely to be stolen. An alert that will cause many of your clients to disengage from the site.
Run from this company they are very deceitful and will offer no refund even when they are caught red handed in their lies.
On 7/7/21 I went to tractor Supply here in las vegas and returned 2 smaller Porto cool 140 purchased the day prior and traded them in for a larger Porto Cool 160 i decided to purchase the $319.99 2 year service agreement on that unit as was suggested by the check out gal megan. I figured i would never use it as these units are built like tanks but decided to get it. Fast forward to 6/13/22 the fan on the unit doesnt operate and the pump is sputtering. I call in to utilize the service contract and they initially tell me it is approved and they will have a service repair person contact me within 2 days to service my unit. Then on 6/14/22 i receive and email stating the claim is denied. I call in again and tell them that this is absurd as you can clearly see the receipt that shows the unit i purchased and the service agreement in place for such unit and they resubmitted the claim and i just received another denial email. I spoke to a supervisor just a moment ago named Roxanne and she advised me there is nothing they can do I can attempt to call back tomorrow and ask to speak to a claims review department. Long story short we use these at our house to cool off our horses when the heat gets unbearable outside and with this being out of commission they are putting my horses in danger. Really sad to have an insurance company who was paid good money refuse to do what they were paid to do. This company is appalling and needs to be reported to a class action attorney who will set them straight and get us all justice.
