I am a regular customer of Watsons, specifically at this branch, (Watsons GV Hotel Lapu-lapu City, Cebu).
Since this is a one stop shop for our personal needs, vits and meds etc. And is also accessible and convenient for us specially to my mom (whose a PWD). Whenever we visit here, its a usual for me that these guards and staff here doesnt know how to greet their customers and i just shrug it off, but today is an excemption. I have my car parked whenever i visit here yet today, this unrecognized "guard" of this branch wearing a civilian, rudely and harshly pointled me out as if i commited a crime and told me that i need to go because i am over thier free parking limit(30mins.) and they logged the exact time i parked on thier tiny parking alloted for their customers. I then replied that i was just waiting for my mom whose in the other store nearby.
I would gladly go if this unrecognized guard politely and nicely told me about this policy of their parking space, though i was just 5-8 mins over the limit, But how rude, sarcastic and feeling entitled this unrecognizable guard is, as if he was the owner who shooed me off.
It is so disappointing and degrading knowing that i am a regular consumer spending our money at this WATSONS STORE and for Gods sake, this is a REPUTABLE store yet some of the employees here are comparable to a cheap, ignorant, un-aware of proper customer service kind-of-people.
I feel sorry for the branch owner.
