I started using the drops about 2 years ago & was satisfied with the product & the company feedback. Lately there seems to be a decline & maybe it's because the demand has increased. I'm not sure. After I recently received a damaged product (chipped dropper & open bottle), I have not been able to reach anyone by phone or email, which I sent 2x. What if I had choked or cut the inside of my mouth? Am I supposed to send a bat signal? They don't get back to you, but always want you to review their products. Well... here ya go
